We want you to love your Havenreef order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Email us at havenreefstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.
For returns that are not due to our error (for example, a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
The fastest way to get a different item, size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
